Can my partner and I book a couples consultation to address relational issues within our marriage?

Our psychotherapy center focuses on psychopathology, and we formulate couples treatments (such as Gottman-informed methods) based on results gleaned from comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.

How many sessions will I need?

The length of treatment varies depending on the condition and severity. Treatment plans are structured, milestone-driven, and evaluated continuously to achieve clinical remission as efficiently as possible.

Your intake session is your first session. In this session, your therapist administers structured diagnostic assessments, establishes baseline symptom severity, and formulates a collaborative, evidence-based treatment plan.

Do you offer texting consultations?

Can you come to my home?

Yes, we offer home visits for registered clients. Note that home visits are contingent upon clinician-scientist availability and clinical appropriateness (e.g., in-vivo ERP for OCD or severe agoraphobia).
