Our clinician-scientist Shafira Fawzia, M.Psi., Psikolog, appeared at an internal corporate event by Neuronworks where she gave a talk titled “But First, Lead Yourself: The Courage to Understand Yourself and Others” Shafira spoke about the science behind anxiety within the workplace. Moreover, she shared her understanding of OCD, how it undermines job performance, and impart knowledge regarding the radical acceptance of uncertainty. 

Participants were also given the opportunity to engage in a question-and-answer session.
